In accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), this notice explains how Walloy processes your personal data.
Data controller
Walloy, operated by Marketinc ("Walloy"), is responsible for processing your personal data. Contact: [email protected].
Personal data we collect
From businesses using Walloy: name, email, phone, business details, staff and locations.
From those businesses' end customers: name, email, phone, points history, visits, purchases and redemptions. Walloy processes them on behalf of the business, which decides what data to request.
Technical data: session, IP address and device type, for security and operation.
We do not collect sensitive personal data.
Purposes
Necessary: create and manage your account, issue digital loyalty cards (Apple Wallet and Google Wallet), record points and redemptions, send sign-in codes and service notices, bill and prevent fraud.
Additional: send notifications and promotions from the business you belong to, and produce statistics. You may object to additional purposes at any time at [email protected] without affecting the service.
Transfers and providers
To run the service we share data with providers acting on our behalf: Turso (database), Amazon Web Services SES (email), Apple and Google (Wallet cards and notifications), Clip (card terminal payments) and Stripe (subscriptions and payments).
We do not sell your data. We only transfer it without consent in cases allowed by the LFPDPPP, such as a request from a competent authority.
ARCO rights
You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Objection, or revoke consent, by writing to [email protected] with your name, contact and a description of your request. We will reply within 20 business days.

Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep your session and remember your language. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Changes to this notice
We will publish any change on this page with its update date. For substantial changes we will notify you by email or in the app.
