Delete account

You can delete your Walloy account at any time. Deletion is permanent.
From the app
Open Walloy, go to the Admin tab and tap "Delete account". Type ELIMINAR to confirm.
From the web
Sign in at walloy.app and use the button on this page. Type ELIMINAR to confirm.
What is deleted
Your user, your sessions and your brand access.
If you are the only owner of a business, the business and everything in it is also deleted: customers, cards, points, sales, inventory, staff and settings.
If the business has other owners, only your access is removed and the business continues.
Only a minimal record of the deletion is kept in our security log, with no personal data of your customers.
No access to your account
Email [email protected] from your account's address and we will delete it within 20 business days.
